Antenatal Classes for Multiples
Antenatal classes run by experienced midwife. I have been a midwife for 34 years and have been leading ante natal classes in the Nottingham area for most of that time. I am also a mother of four children three of whom are triplets. I was the founder member of the National Supertwins club in 1980 following the birth of my own triplets. I offer courses at a local venue or your own home specially targeting multiple births.

The thought of 2, 3 or more babies can be overwhelming. Let me take the pressure off. As a trained post-natal Doula I offer advice and guidance, emotional and practical support, and feeding support.
As a mum of twins I offer a wealth of understanding, ideas on how to enjoy, not just cope with your babies, and time for you to bond with them.
Nottingham Leander is a competitive swimming club that also has a section for teaching children to swim, called Tadpoles. We take children from the age of 4 years, on a school termly 12 week session basis. The cost is £30 for 12 x 30 minute sessions. Once you have enrolled you will automatically be offered the next term until such time as the coaches think your child/children have the ability to join in Leander Club sessions. The children are awarded badges along the way. Our sessions are held at Rushcliffe on a Monday 6-6.30pm and 6.30 – 7pm, Noel Street 7 – 7.30pm and 7.30 – 8pm and Keyworth Friday 6.30 – 7.30pm.
