All personal information is confidential and will not be passed on to 3rd parties without permission. Occasionally, aggregated information or statistics will be passed on to other parties but this will not enable individual club members to be identified.
Any information gathered as part of our monitoring process for club activities will be treated as confidential and anonymous. Monitoring is an integral part of club activities, and is achieved by means of comments obtained via the club website or questionnaires comprising multiple-choice answers and short written comments.
