Gift Aid

HM Revenue & Customs has confirmed that the NTT&MBC is registered as a charity on the ‘Gift

Aid’ scheme. Our club membership subscriptions are eligible for tax relief, which means that

we can reclaim the basic rate of tax on donations and subscriptions made by UK taxpayers.

If you are a UK taxpayer then the amount that you subscribe / donate could be increased by almost

a third at no extra cost to you. And if you pay tax at a higher rate e.g. 40% then you can claim

relief on the amount you donate.

For every £9 subscription ‘Gift Aided’ to the club, we will be able to claim £2.54 in tax relief.

club finances greatly and enable us to improve our services.
